SHIPPING POLICY

 A Sistas’ Love accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday-Wednesday, excluding Holidays, to avoid packages sitting in a warehouse some place. 

Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Orders are processed within 3-7 business days and shipped within 2 weeks of receiving order and sent via USPS Priority Mail from Boston, MA. 

 If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Due to our products being handmade products, they will NOT be shipped by Express Priority Mail  

Once shipped, please note that although we ship priority, it does not mean package will ship in 2 days AND the order date does not count as a day in transit

You will also receive your tracking information within 1-3 days after processing. Shipping information can take up to 24hrs to update in system.

During Holiday season, both ourselves and USPS, will experience delays due to high volumes.

For APO and FPO addresses, please expect longer delays, as packages are required to go through customs.
